Enthusiasm gap apparent at County Fair

Huron County Fair, Wednesday morning, September 19, 2026, 11:30 a.m.

The Democratic booth has been busy: people meeting, discussing, getting informed about the upcoming election, signing the Constitution. Three candidates have already visited the booth and met with voters.

Meanwhile, a few doors down, the Republican booth is still locked up and lonely.

So here is a little photographic evidence: There appears to be an enthusiasm gap in the lead up to the upcoming election, with Democrats being on the positive side of it.

Lets keep it rolling. A just society ... as long as it takes.
